to thank you for producing these incredible coffees. Over
the years I have consistently been not just impressed but
amazed at the complex but sweet flavor profiles you bring
out of the beans. Roastmaster's Choice in
particular gives a deep dark roast flavor and can be brewed
strong with full body and yet still lack bitterness. For
espresso, Roastmaster's Choice yields thicker
and more stable crema using my home machine than I have
encountered in any coffee shop, anywhere. But it's the
flavor that truly sets your coffee apart from the rest.
I would prefer one shot of Indian River coffee to ten of
the next best. It's that good."

My wife and I are regular Indian
Coffee customers. We love your Coffee Shops, the quality of your
products and the friendly service we always get. All of your
personnel are really good but we were delighted by the way one
of your Baristas performed the other day. We went to one of your
Coffee Shops two days ago. The one located in Sarno Rd.,
Melbourne, FL. in the Sarno Business Complex (shopping plaza).
The name of this young but very professional employee is Jason
and he was servicing on the 12th of May, 2010, PM shift.
We want to commend him for going the extra mile.

Hi There wanted to let you know that
i stopped into your Sarno store on Tuesday morning, This has
been my first time ever at Indian River Coffee, Being that i
have been a Star Bucks Customer for many years,I wanted to try
something different when i walked into the front door i was
greeted like i had been a customer there for ever she was very
friendly and very helpful ,i wanted a coffee that was not too
strong but yet not to weak, Stephanie took the time to explain
the different type of beans you had and i tried a cup of the
mild flavor coffee she had to offer and i loved it!!!! It was a
very nice place to be in and i cant wait till i can bring my
husband up there over the weekend to try the coffee i just know
he will love it too! Just wanted to let you know that because of
Stephanie and all her help she gave me i will be BACK!!! And
cant wait till i tell all my friends too!! Keep up the good work

Its
me Eric Jerominski! I don't think you remember me? I used to
regularly come into you're Sarno Indian River Coffee Store,
and enjoy some delicious coffee from the finest selections
of coffee beans from around the world. I don't come in as
much as I used to. Because I moved, and due to working, and
traveling out of state. I do stop in as much as my schedule
allows me! I would like to thank
you, and let you know that I greatly appreciate all the
Barista Employees at you're Sarno Road Store Location in
Melbourne, Florida!
They really make a difference in the coffee shop industry,
and really make an awesome coffee experience! |

Just wanted to let you know that you
do have a great bunch working at the Pineda Store. Although alot
of them do have special qualities I would like to point out 2.
I do occasionally come in and sit with my friends "Indian River
Coffee Club" I always am whipping by the drive through:)
I would like to point out that Nicole has always been cheerful ,
polite and on the ball serving your customers at Indian River.
She also makes my White Mocha perfect !
Another employee I would like to point is Luke " Luke Sky
Walker" for along time the only male working with all those
women my hat goes off to him. He is also one of your top
employees he is a gentleman and serves your customers with a
smile . Hey he even wiped off a wet chair outside for us sit. |
